  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BE AWARE. AVOID USING THEM. We hired this company for boiler repair, on phone they quote £45 plus Vat for 30 min. Engineer comes in and open up boiler , check for 10 min and said it cost £698 and job will be done in few hours and when I asked how many hours then says will be done in 1-2 hours maximum. They want 50 % money in advance and other money before they finish the work, otherwise they won’t leave the house. My boiler was new nothing much wrong with it but he just threatened me that if you don’t do it not going to work and when they see the baby in your house they threatened even more, take the advantage of it.. He said boiler need magnaclean and radiator chemically clean. I spoke with someone else next day and said radiator never need chemically clean. So after 15 min of work, he left to get maganclean and chemical and come back in 20 min, time was 8.20 am, I think he didn’t go anywhere to get parts, he was just sitting in car and back in 20 min, early Saturday morning nothing open to get parts, also when I asked for invoice they said we don’t give invoice to customer. He finished the work in 2 hours and charge £698. Also on the phone they talk nice when you booking but once work done they rude. They don’t even give the engineer name or company email address so that you can send them complains. I read the review afterwards about this company, that this company keep changing name in the market. If you boiler broken down better to stay in hotel for day or two than calling this company. So DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY. I cant even give any star to this company, but I have to choose one otherwise review doesnt get submitted.
